My condolences to Blake's extended family. I well remember Blake growing up as a boy in Watford,..we were the same age. They lived in what used to be a small white house, 3rd house east of McGregor on St Clair St. on the north side. His dad owned one transport..Westgate Transport. Blake was probably the only boy who received a new bike every so often, with all the bells and whistles..a balloon-tired one at that. They moved to Strathroy when Blake was still young and I never heard of him again until now. I used to ride to London with Jerry Westgate from January 1957 until June of that year when he worked at Hay Stationery and I worked at London Life. I drove my old 1939 Plymouth to the family farm east of Watford and parked it on the barn hill so as to push it down sometimes when it was hard to start. Until now, I never knew Jerry's connection until seeing pictures of him in the video. My exact memory of Blake is of him in the picture seated in a school desk. Joe Woodall, Lambeth,ON.
