Obituary of Shirley Stol

Stol, Shirley

Peacefully passed away on April 18^th, 2022 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Peter Stol (2015). Loving and proud mother of Clarence Stol, Anita Stol (Gord Duncan), Marten Stol (Belkis Brosnan), and Thelma Dawdry (Frederick). Cherished grandmother of Karissa (Paul), Cheryl (Peter), Bradley, Devan (Jessica), Aaron, Nicolas (Paula), Melina, Nathan, and Harry. Special great-grandmother of Elijah, Madison, Mason, Xavier, Jayden, Peyton, Serenity, Dexter, Adalyn, Brynlee, Kinsley, Jovie and Autumn. Survived by her brothers Marten (Nellie) Kingma, Bert (Diana) Kingma and Andrew (Joanne) Kingma. Predeceased by her siblings Jitske (Geert) Horinga, Bertha Vanderheide, and Gerry Kingma. Shirley is also predeceased by her parents Marten and Anita Kingma. Shirley will be sadly missed and always remembered by her extended family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 24^th, 2022 from 2:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 25^th, 2022 at 11:00a.m. at Providence United Reformed Church, Strathroy. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery.
