We are neighbours to the Kingma's. Andrew was always very friendly, a heck of a baseball umpire and very kind. we feel fortunate to have had a short visit and a drink on our deck a few weeks ago. He told us great stories about the neighbourhood and growing up in the area which was so fun to hear! Deepest condolences to the entire family, you are all in our thoughts.

I didn't know Andrew as well as I'd would have liked, but I do remember something my father said. "When it comes to a man's life, look at those he left behind when he leaves this earth and you'll know who he was " I consider it an honor to know his son Dylan and consider him as my brother, and I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to Andrew's entire family for the loss of their husband, father, brother and grandfather. I know that there's going to be times in the future when you'll have moments when you wished he was there. He is, he's in your heart and right there with you, no one truly departs from this earth until the last person who knew them either passes on or forgets them. I doubt Andrew will ever be forgotten by those that knew him. Rest in Peace Andrew.
