Obituary of George Crawford

On Saturday, April 9th, 2005 in his 86th year at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, George Douglas Crawford of Lobo Township. Loving husband to Verna Helen (Smith). Remembered by children Ken and Ilene Crawford of Mt. Brydges and Bill and Kathy Grose of Grand Bend. Grandfather of Ken and Cindy Grose of Grand Bend, Lisa and Greg Muir of Ottawa, Tracy and Chris Foster of St. Thomas and Kristy and Dale Greenwood of Parkhill. Lovingly remembered by great grandchildren Tyler, Jessica and Erin Foster, Cameron and Shawna Greenwood, Jayden, Skylar and Brandon Grose and Mikhaela and Brooklyn Muir. Brother of Keith and Evelyn Crawford of London, John and Signe Crawford of London and Glenn and Mary Crawford of Lobo Township. Son of the late Campbell and Alma Crawford. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11th at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home in Strathroy from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 12th at 1pm with Rev. Archie Murray officiating. Interment to follow at Ivan Cemetery. Donations to the 1st Lobo Baptist Church, Melville United or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
