My sincere condolences to a family that must miss him immeasurably. All the time I knew him thru Kettlewell Insurance, he would talk about his family and how he was trying to take care of them despite his medical problems. But he never gave up. He was kind and gentle all the time and I will miss his spirit of fun too. All the best to your family in this sad time, Renate

We are so saddened to hear about Joe's passing. We extend our deepest sympathies to the family. Roy worked with Joe for many years at Strathroy Furniture. They became very good friends. Joe always called Roy his "little Foreman". He was very proud of his children and whenever I brought our boys to see Roy at work he made such a fuss over them. Joe was actually there when I brought our first son in to show Roy that he had learned how to walk. Joe started clapping. One Hallowe'en I brought the boys in and Joe gave them each some change to buy something later. He was so kind to all of us. After Strathroy Furniture closed whenever we would see him he would always take the time to speak to us and ask about the family. He was such a very dedicated hard worker with such a kind and gentle heart. When Joe retired he invited Roy over to share in this special event with him and his family. I felt like I knew him just as well from the many stories I would hear about Roy's day at work with Joe. We are so sorry for your loss. He will be deeply missed. Sincerely, Roy, Christine and family
