To Matthew, Katie, Carly, and Alex;
This day is so sad for all of us. Your Mom was such an important part of my life...whether it was chatting on the phone, or standing in the halls at school, we shared so much laughter together. We hugged each other when we were hurting. We encouraged each other when we were feeling down. We guided each other through the planning of classroom activities and even the raising of our own children. We were at the bottom of many harmless pranks and we always, always had each other's "backs". Best of all, we celebrated all of the good things in life together. She was my friend, and truly a sister of my heart. I will be missing her always. She was so very proud of each one of you - your talents and strengths, and she will be with you always. My thoughts and prayers are with you now.
