Obituary of Charles Wesley Brown

In his 70th year, with his wife Audrey by his side, our Lord welcomed Charlie (of Strathroy) into His arms on Wednesday April, 8th. Cherishing their wonderful memories of a life spent with their Dad and Grandpa, are his family: Eloise & Greg, Payton, Mackenna, and Bradon Pranger; Deb & Ed, Ashley, and Daniel Chamberlain; Carolyn & Dwight, and Wesley Follick; Rob Brown & Carla Miller; Matthew & Marijke, and Adelaide Brown. He was also loved greatly by his siblings, Ralph Gardiner; Connie & Walter Parsons; Keith & Dorothy Brown; Evelyn & Ray McDonald; Marie Grothe; Karen Brown; Sherry & Glenn Forrester; and Brian & Josie Brown.He will be remembered fondly by his mother-in-law, Lois Carroll; in-laws Anne & Jack; June & Ross; and Janice & Gary. Charlie’s many nieces and nephews will always have very fond memories of their “Uncle Charlie”.Charlie has now gone to join his parents, Murray & Gladys, his sister Ruth Ann, brother Glenn, brother-in-law Richard Grothe, and father-in-law Lorne Carroll.Charlie’s family requests that family and friends attend a special service to celebrate Charlie’s life on Monday, April 13th at 11:00am at Bethel Baptist Church in Strathroy (264 Princess St.).
