Obituary of Allan Basil Joseph Giroux

GIROUX: Allan Basil Joseph Peacefully, with his wife by his side, Allan Giroux passed away at Four Counties Hospital, Newbury, on Sunday, May 10th, 2015. Allan was born on January 9th, 1933 to the late Noah Giroux and Irene Mulligan. Much loved husband of Sheila Giroux (nee Burnette) for 46 years. Allan is predeceased by his son Glen and will be forever missed by his grandson Samual Giroux Graham. Special father of Scott Slaughter and Colleen O’Melia, and Jason Mintz. Special grandpa of Jessica, Glen and Megan Slaughter. Allan will be missed by his siblings Kathleen Giroux Lalonde and Carl Giroux, sister-in-law Florence Burnette and brother-in-law Willard Burnette. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Allan’s wishes a private family service will be held with interment at Longwoods Cemetery. Share a memory at www.denning.ca.
