Obituary of Sally Kathryn Graham
After bravely battling Cancer for over 7 years, Saraphene (Sally) Kathryn Graham (nee Tait), passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at St. Joseph’s Hospice in London on March 10th, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Orville Graham (2006). Loving mother of Bernadette “Bernie” St Pierre of Ottawa and Malcolm “Mac” (Popy) Graham of Kitchener. Proud grandmother of Alexa and Olivia St Pierre. Cherished sister of Tim (Carmen) Tait, Vic (Anne) Tait, Mary Anne Cundick, and Carmell Tait. Survived by her sisters-in-law Angie (Roger) Hoppenrath, Beth (Grant) Eccles and brother-in-law Elmer (Pat) Graham. Also survived by her Aunts Helen and Barb Tait and Katherine Orrange. Sally will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11th, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m at Denning’s of Watford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 12th at Our lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Watford at 11a.m. Father Tom Donohue officiating. A retired Registered Nurse of Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Sally was an active member of the community, serving as a former Chair of the Strathroy Police Commission and a past President of the Ontario Women’s Liberal Party Association as well as serving on Parish Council, Minister of the Eucharist, and a CWL member at All Saints Parish. Sally loved to be surrounded by family and friends, regularly attending social gatherings, the theatre, playing golf and bridge. She will be dearly missed, not only by her family, but by her many circles of friends who shared her life.
