Obituary of Tara Elizabeth Getliffe

It is with heavy hearts the family of Tara Elizabeth Getliffe announces her sudden passing on March 22nd, 2016 in her 46th year. Beloved wife of Hugh William Getliffe for 20 years. Cherished mother of Amanda and Morgan Getliffe. Loving daughter of Rod (Sharanne) MacDonald and the late Barb Merlo. Dear sister of Rob (Patti) MacDonald, Grant and Hillary MacDonald. Daughter-in-law of John Getliffe. Sister-in-law of Kathryn, Tom (Heather) and Kate Getliffe. Aunt Tara will be sadly missed by Alex, Erica, Rachel, Rebecca, Jack and Joe. Tara will be greatly missed by her many friends and colleagues. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY on Monday, March 28th, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Riverside United Church (695 Riverside Drive, London, Ontario N6H 2S3) on Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
