Obituary of Sara Michelle Pestana

After a long and courageous battle, Sara Michelle Pestana peacefully passed at home with family by her side on March 26th, 2016, at the age of 39. Beloved wife and best friend of Dan Pestana for 19 years. Loving mother of Keegan, Raven and Kensington. Dear daughter of Sue Kalverda, David (Lynne) Collings and Henry Kalverda (Fil Costa). Cherished sister of Chad (Liz) Collings, Cassidy Kalverda (Vincent) and Kelsey (Jeff) Fickling. Treasured daughter-in-law of Lily Pestana and Carlos Farpelha. Predeceased by her father-in-law Daniel Pestana. Will be missed by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her favourite dog Hilly. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY on Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 30th, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery.
