Obituary of Hubert Vossen

Vossen, Hubert - Peacefully passed away on Friday March 27, 2009 at Strathroy Hospital. Hubert was born in Someren, Holland on March 27, 1925. Loving husband and dear friend of Reta Vossen (Van Bree) for 56 years. Loving father to John (Sharon) Vossen of Warwick Village, Diane (Doug) MacDougall of Alvinston, Mary (Rob) Runnalls of Strathroy and Sandra (Sam) Wallis of Brights Grove. Hubert will be fondly remembered by his brother Frank and Andrea of London and four sisters in Holland and is predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. He will be missed by his loving grandchildren Sari and Holly Vossen; Andrew, Rachelle and Danielle MacDougall; Tyler and Sarah Runnalls; Alex, Jordan and Kylee Wallis. Family and friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy, on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Father Lucio Couto officiating. Private family interment in All Saints Cemetery. In memory of Hubert, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society
