Obituary of Barbara Leggate

Peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Strathmere Lodge, Barbara Ann Leggate (nee Newman) at the age of 73. Loving wife of the late Robert Douglas Leggate (1970). Beloved mother of Wayne (Veronica), the late Steve (Anne), Dolleen (Allan) and Rob (Connie). Survived by grandchildren Douglas (Malena), Jon (Stacey), Ben (Amy), Brooke, Bryant, Joe (Dawynie) and Jeffrey and great-grandchildren Gesselle, Alex, Brady, Mason, Bradley, Sean, Travis and Kayleb. Also missed by extended family. Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 1st from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd at 2 PM with Pastor Roger Gast officiating. Interment in Arkona Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary-Memorial Fund or a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted as a lasting memorial to Barbara.
