Obituary of Glen Brown

Passed peacefully from this earth to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, at home on the family farm on Sunday January 29th, 2012 surrounded by his loving family in his 61st year. Beloved Husband of 40 years to Donna (Richardson) Brown. Loving Father to Ryan (Sarah), Randy (Tricia), both of Strathroy. Cherished Grandfather to Hunter, Serenity, Faith and Cadence. Born in Strathroy on August 19th 1951, son of the late Maurice and Grace (Freele) of Kerwood. Step Son to the late Doris (Gregory). Son In-Law to the late Tom Richardson and Rosanna Clark (Richardson) (nee Degraw). Step Son In-Law to the late Elmer Clark. Brother to Cecil (Winnifred) of Petrolia, Jack (Diane) of Kerwood, and Stuart (Linda) of Kerwood. Brother in Law of Larry (Pat) Richardson of Kingston, Marie Richardson (Fortner MacKinlay) of Strathroy, and Faye (Ken) Cates of Komoka, Sharon (Ron) Connery of Orillia and Dennis (Mary Ann) Clark of Tillbury. Visitation will be held at Denning Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, February 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at Bethel Baptist Church located at 264 Princess Street, Strathroy on Friday February 3rd at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ed Fontaine officiating. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery. Donations in memory of Glen may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
