Obituary of Mary Ross

Peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Craigwiel Gardens Nursing Home, Ailsa Craig, Mary "Ruth" Ross (nee Rees) at the age of 72. Loving wife of Harvey Ross. Dear mother of James (Charlene) Ross. Beloved grandmother of Jeffrey (Christyn), Stephen, Andrew and Hayden. Survived by great granddaughter Jade. Dear sister of Marie (the late Bob) Brown, Roland (Gail) Rees, Lloyd (Linda) Rees, Cliff (Mary Lynn) Rees and Ken (Susan) Rees. Also loved by sister in law Catherine (Joe) Cano. Forever remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 18th from 7-9 pm at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, 171 Main Street, Ailsa Craig, 519-293-3331, where a funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 19th at 1:00 pm with Reverend David Mitchell officiating. Interment to follow in Nairn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Ailsa Craig United Church.
