Peacefully, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Saturday, December 31, 2011. Josephine Maria Petronella Cathrina Nieuwenhuizen (Korthout) of Strathroy in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Nieuwenhuizen (2001). Loving mother of Maryanne Nieuwenhuizen of Strathroy, oma of CarrieAnn, Mercedes, and Autumn Nieuwenhuizen of Strathroy and great-oma of JJ. Dear sister-in-law of Joanne Nieuwenhuizen (the late Henk). Also survived by her sister in Holland and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Monday, January 2 from 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Tuesday, January, 3 at 10 am with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment in All Saints Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Strathroy Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
