Dear Rita, Dan, Sylvie, and Rachel,
We were so sorry to hear the news of GIll's passing. We knew he'd been struggling, and yet the news came as a surprise as he seemed to us to be indestructible. We have many fond memories of family get-togethers filled with Gill's banter and laughter. Gill has found his peace, but we will miss him greatly. Our thoughts are with you and the rest of the family at this sad time.

Myself and Helen extend to you our deepest sympathy regarding Gilbert's recent death.We send along our warmest thoughts and support as you endure the tremendous loss and impacts of Gilbert's lengthy illness.Gilbert was always important to his Aunt Theresa ( my late mother ). When he was a teenager he brought myself and Sandra on he bus more than once to introduce us to museums and the Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa.
