Obituary of Fred Cooper

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday December 16, 2010. Fred G.Cooper of Strathroy in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Ethel Caroline (Crawford) Cooper (1977) and Eleanor Amanda (Bulteel) Cooper (1993). Dear father of John Cooper of Mossley Ont. and Murray Cooper of Calgary, Alberta. Grandfather of Jason Cooper and Grant Cooper and great grandfather of Andrew, Justin and Alex. Also survived by his sister Shirley Sweers and four nieces. Predeceased by his sister Olive Mazurek. Visitation will be held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME 32 Metcalfe St. W. STRATHROY on Sunday December 19, 2010 from 3 pm to 5 pm where funeral service will be held on Monday December 20, 2010 at 11:00 am with Rev. Karen Nelles officiating. Private family Interment later in Tillsonburg Cemetery. A legion memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday December 19 at 5:00pm under the direction of Sir Arthur Currie Legion Branch #116 Strathroy. Donations to Sir Arthur Currie Legion Branch #116 , Strathroy or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Fred.
