Obituary of Dorothy Ford

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, Dorothy "Maxine" Ford (nee Calcutt) of Strathroy in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Henry K. Ford (2008). Dear mother of Jim (Diana) Ford of Cambridge, Larry (Glynda) Ford of Strathroy, Patricia McLean (Doug 2008) of Leamington, Carol McLellan (Roland) of Appin, Mary-anne (Glen) Stevenson , Tom Ford, Rob Ford all of Strathroy and Cathy (Kerry) Evans of Blenheim. Also loved by 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Albert "Abby" and Grace Calcutt and brother's Ken and Clare. At Maxine's request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home Strathroy on Friday, October 8th from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 pm with Dr. Brian McKenzie officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. A Royal Canadian Auxiliary Legion Service will be held at 12:00 pm under the auspices of Branch 116, Sir Arthur Curry, Strathroy. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
