Obituary of Blanche Crawford

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday September 21, 2010. Blanche Gwendolyn (Gwen)(Nethercott) Crawford of Strathroy in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Crawford(2000) and dear mother of Donald (Sharon)Crawford of Mississauga and Robert (Joan)Crawford of Cambridge and grandmother of Rebecca and Sarah Crawford and also survived by her niece Janet Morton (Smithrim). Predeceased by her parents William (Bill) and Blanche Nethercott and her sister Arlie Smithrim and her sons John and Ronald. Visitation will be held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME LTD. STRATHROY on Thursday September 23, 2010 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at POPLAR HILL BAPTIST CHURCH on Friday September 24, 2010 at 11:00 am with Rev. Alice Gardiner officiating. Interment Ivan Cemetery. Donations to Poplar Hill Baptist Church or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
