McMath, Carmen Louise It is with broken hearts the family of Carmen McMath (nee Podgornik) announce her passing on December 21st, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London at the age of 55. Loving mother of Jessica McMath (Craig Hannah) and Alyssa McMath. Beloved daughter of Joseph and Mauricette Podgornik. Carmen will be sadly missed by her brother Christopher Podgornik (Jennifer Mercer). Survived by her aunts Marie Kocevar and Marian Podgornik, cousin Joseph (Leslie) Kocevar and several relatives in Slovenia. Survived by sister-in-law Karen (Christopher) Wannamaker and mother-in-law Catherine McMath. Beloved aunt of John Joseph, Julia W., Julia P., Olivia, Brianna, and Dylan. Carmen will be remembered by her special friends Veronica (Andrew) Simpson, Cassandra Carlile, Jesse and Dylan Simpson, and Sandra Neilson. Friends and family will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY on Friday, December 27th, 2019 from 11:00a.m -1:00p.m. A private family service will take place.
