Ataide, Joseph Peacefully, surrounded by his family, Joseph Ataide passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on January 27th, 2020 in his 75th year. Predeceased by his loving Wife Luisa Ataide (2013). Cherished Father of Lisa (John) Desa, Annabella (David) Macedo, Paula (Mike) Ponte. Predeceased by his Grandson Jonathan (2008). Also survived by his Grandchildren Monique (Moe), Nicholas, Mackenzie, Spencer, Noah, Lucas, and 2 Great-Grandchildren Sophia and Mia. Will be missed by Brother Isaac (Carole) Ataide and Sister Noemia Geiser. Predeceased by his Siblings Antonio Trigueiro and Maria Calcutt. Family and friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY from 5:00pm-9:00pm on January 29th, 2020. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Thursday, January 30th at 11a.m. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Palliative Care Suite at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, The Heart and Stroke Foundation and The Canadian Cancer Society.
