Very sorry to hear of Glenn’s passing. He was such a kind and special person. I had the pleasure to get to know him and see him regularly in his role as a reporter in Strathroy. We shared many great conversations about being a father to our young boys, and became friends. He will be missed greatly by everyone who knew him. Peace and comfort to his family.

Glenn was one of the smartest people I know. He knew so much about so many things that interested him and loved to share music with us and help out with computer problems. Glenn had a great sense of humor and could make me laugh til I cried. His passing makes me feel so very sad for Riley and Joanne. We'll miss him greatly.

Joanne and Riley, your husband and dad, Glen, was an important part of the community; throughout his career as a reporter he kept the public abreast of the events and happenings throughout the Strathroy area. During the time I had my tree service business, I called on Glen, via the Age Dispatch, to come see something I thought was newsworthy; he came with his questions and camera, then wrote up the story for publishing in the paper. He was good at putting interviewees at ease, with his pleasant, non threatening manner.
He was a dedicated father and supportive husband, providing the stability that comes with being a major part of the family unit.
Family and friends will miss him, as will those that didn't know him well, but who knew him as Riley's dad or Joanne's husband.
Love, blessings and strength to you both, to Glen's mom and to your's and Glen's families. Glen will be with you always, in your memories, in things that remind you of him, in your conversations with family and friends. He lives on.
