So saddened to hear of "Uncle Ron"s passing.I have many fond memories of him from the arena. He rarely missed a game/practice/tournament, and it was always a pleasure to chat with him and Neil. I know Collin really looked up to him.

I worked with Ronny for well over ten years at Coldstream Concrete. You could always rely on Ron for help solving a problem. We shared a lot of laughs together and a few coffees on our own time. He spoke very highly of his family and was well respected. Ron will be sadly missed but always remembered.
Take care old boy.

A caring and soft spoken man always had a friendly smile and a warm hello when we would meet. Growing up I spent a lot of time with Glenn's family and I always thought of Ron as my uncle as well. I remember Saturday nights sitting in the rec room watching Hockey Night in Canada and Ronnie cheering on the Maple Leafs. Your kind heart and many words of wisdom will be a lasting memory of mine. Neil, Sheila, Glenn, Diane, Shawn, Taylor and Brooklyn and families you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember how softly and calmly you spoke. He taught me the importance of a firm handshake; always reminding me if it was a bit soft or providing assurance when it was correct. " Now that's a good handshake". I love you Ronnie and I hope that one day I can pass on all the lessons you taught me and live up to that standard you have set. Your patience, humility, calmness and love for not only your family but others will always be a guiding light for me and I'm sure many others lives ou have touched
