I so loved you Tante Sietske. Memory lane takes me back to a l time in my youth of spending summer holidays at Uncle Jack and Tante Sietske, and Grandpa was there, we would play baseball with Joanne and Barbie and Roger, and when we had exausted ourselves,.we would go inside and eat the delicious homemade pie that Tante Sietske made. I felt so loved while I was there, and we had so much fun. My heartfelt prayers go out to you Roger, Joanne, Barbie, Ronnie and Johnny and Families. Saviour like a tender shepherd lead us, much we need thy tender care.

Sietske was a very dear sister and a special aunt who always had a warm hug and a cup of coffee ready to share. We have so many fond memories of family times spent at the farm, visiting together at her kitchen table, laughing with her at our family reunions and sharing special birthdays and anniversaries. Our heartfelt sympathies go to all of her family. She will always have a cherished place in our hearts.

I am saddened to hear of your loss, I didn’t know her well but I did soon realize she was full of fun and love. She had a special ability to make everyone feel loved and accepted. Her love for her family filled the room and made the world so much brighter.

My mother, Bregtje Kimpe (De Vlugt) and I extend our deepest condolences at this time. I have very fond memories of visiting Sietske and Jack at their home in Lobo as a child.The family picnics and games in their backyard were always a treat! Sietske was indeed a shining light of joy and fun in the family. She will be missed dearly.
I have attached an old photo I found in my grandfather's album of a visit he had with Sietske, Hanneke, Paul and Bob just after he returned from Indonesia. I thought you might like to have a copy of it.

Dear Family.
Our Condolences with the loss of your Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma.
My memory of her going back to 1972 when we met each other for the wedding with Joanne and Art (Arjaan).
We both got a lot of fun when we meet each other with a vacation there by the family.
She is always on my mind. A lovely, funny, smiling great woman is together again with her husband without the feeling of pain from the last time.
