Barry was such a kind, gentle and thoughtful man. He was deeply respected by the players, staff, volunteers and executive of the Strathroy Rockets under my tenure as president. The late Pat Stapleton always spoke very kindly of Dale. The Town of Strathroy were very fortunate to have someone of Barry's stature working for them. My deepest condolences to Barry's family.

Sincere condolences to Judy and the Dale family. Barry's contribution to the Strathroy Fire Department and to the municipality was immense during his many years of service. Barry was a remarkable man and an inspiration to all he came in contact with. Barry will be missed.
