Obituary of Renate Monika Hotson

Our dear sweet Renate has made her peaceful journey to Heaven on Tuesday, June 16th, 2020. Loving, caring wife and best friend of Harvey for 59 wonderful years. Proud and cherished mother of Chris (Nicole) Hotson and Suzanne (Anton) Wilson. Adored grandmother of Monika and William Hotson. Predeceased by her parents Heinz and Margaret Glaeser and her brother Manfred Glaeser. Renate will be fondly remembered by her family and friends in Germany, United States and Canada. The family would like to thank the Southwest LHIN and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at the Woodstock Hospital for their exceptional care and support shown to Renate in her stay there. Thank you also to her wonderful home community of Hickory Hills, Tillsonsburg. "My darling Renate may the good Lord keep you in his care until we are together again. God bless! Love you, Princess.” In keeping with Renate’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
