Obituary of Laverne Orr Lewis

With great sadness the family of Laverne “Curly” Orr Lewis announces his passing on July 21st, 2020 in his 93rd year. Proud and loving father of Wendy Griffith. Cherished grandfather of Michelle Maksymchuk, Marsha Maksymchuk (Todd) and Danielle O’Reilly. Great grandfather of RJ Maksymchuk and Casey Slaght. Survived by his sister Doreen (the late Harley) Black and sister-in-law Mary (the late Grant) Lewis and their families. Laverne will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held in Poplar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
