Deepest Sympathies to the Crandon family. I have many wonderful memories of Tiny who I always called Wilfred just because it bugged him and it was my only payback for all the pranks he played on me. We were just talking about him Monday and how he greased up all the phones one morning and no one could hold on to them to answer calls, he thought it was hilarious but the customers not so much...and no one would believe nice sweet Tiny would do such a thing. RIP and thanks for the memories. Xo

Our sympathy to the Crandon and Long families with the passing of Tiny. As a kid, I remember Tiny and his smile/laughter at the Canadian Tire store but got to know him better when he married Aunt Helen. It was a real pleasure to visit Tiny and Helen when we were writing the Strathroy District Historical Society "Tales of Our Town" article about Tiny and the local Canadian Tire store. Tiny was a very caring, thoughtful gentlemen.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I have fond memories of visiting the store when I was little and running to see Uncle Tiny. He always had hugs and smiles. He was a special person and a kind and loving Uncle.
It is him I think of every
Remembrance Day.
It is with great sadness I am not there with you to say Goodbye. Know that I will be with you in spirit,
Ron, Bob, Nancy, Mike, Lynn and their families.
May your Dad be at peace.
All my love Lorraine (Lori) Crandon

My deepest sympathy to the Crandon families in your time of loss. Tiny was always a happy man and he never forgot a person's name even if he did not see them for a long time. Tiny was always helpful and kind when he was employed at Canadian Tire. It seems that he was there forever. What a great person! Rest in peace, Tiny!

our condolences to Tinys family in these times of sorrow , i remember being a young kid in Strathroy and if any of our family was outside he always honk the horn and waved or hollard hello , later on when ever Tiny and i had a visit he always told me the story of years ago he had a flat tire and was on the side of the road (albert street) then at Joynts laneway wich is Helens drive now , hes trying to chage this tire on his Chrysler and having a hard time getting the wheel nuts off , then he says this little guy road his trike down to see what was going on and sat ther and watched for a little, then this kid says hey mister are you turning those nuts the right way ,then the kid turns his trike around and goes home , well back then chrysler had left hand threads on these wheel studs so instead of loosing them he was tighting them , we had a lot of good laughs over the years over that day ,but he never changed always a good man and he will be missed Basil Martin
