Obituary of Hazel Moses

MOSES, HAZEL VIOLA (NEE SMITH) - of Strathroy, at home peacefully, on July 7, 2009, in her 93rd year, is now reunited with her husband, the late Lew Moses, her brother, the late Harold Smith, her sister, the late Dorothy, and her parents, Harry and Hazel (Berdan). Much loved Mother of Bill (Cecilie), Agnes , Jenny (Mike), Magda and Mary Lou (Doug ), grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 14. Hazel will always be lovingly held in our hearts and remembered as a strong, unique woman who devoted her life to the support and care of her family. Many thanks to the kind and caring staff of Paramed, St. Elizabeth Health Care and family friends, as well as Dr. Osmun and Paramed nurses who provided in-home care. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place in Strathroy Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy (519) 245-1023. If wished, donations in Hazel's memory may be made to St. John's Anglican Church, Strathroy, Strathroy Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
