TAYLOR, Robert “Bear”

It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert Taylor announces his passing on Saturday, October 3^rd, 2020 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. Loving husband of Christine Taylor for 10 wonderful years. Cherished father of Rebecca (Dave), Jarrod (Becky), Derek (Anna), Jessica (Scott) and David. Proud grandpa to Paige, Ben, Justin, Cameron, Nathan, MacKinley, Mitchell, Ozzy, Isabell, Kaeden and Connor. Predeceased by son Adam. Will be missed by siblings Tim (Michole), Kathy (Dave), one niece and several nephews.

Rob was a very important part of the community, volunteering for the VON for many years. He was a retired employee of Electro – Motive (GMD) while becoming a substance abuse representative helping many along the way. 

A visitation will take place at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY on Wednesday October 7^th with a Memorial Service to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the VON Middlesex Elgin or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
