So sorry for your loss. Gord was a great neighbour. Loved looking out back and you could always depend on finding Gord out and about, puttering away at any project that took his fancy at the time. If we had to work on a lawnmower or anything mechanical in our laneway we could always depend on him coming around to check on progress then if he thought we weren't making any he'd offer his great assistance. He was a great character to chat with as well, taking everything in and weighing it. Always brought a smile and his own signature laugh. The nature of my job dealing with the public meant I couldn't approach him during his battle with cancer during these times and that is a regret. Still haven't become used to looking out and not seeing him. He will be missed.
