One is never really gone while you still hold dear to memories. Sandy loved the water and this trip that included a visit to Peggy's Cove was wonderful. We all know about Sandy's love of water. She was so content enjoying the playful waves as they rolled up upon the rocks. We will miss her greatly and always treasure our many memories together.

Brian, Matthew, and Michael,
Even after hearing of this tragic news two weeks ago, I have tears in my eyes as I write this. David and I were so shocked and upset when we heard of Sandy's passing. Her laugh, smile, and love of life are recalled when we think of her. A true sense of loss was expressed by many in the Invercairn beach community when we shared this news over the weekend. Our thoughts are with you (and your families, Matthew and Michael). Perhaps we will be able to share some wonderful memories of Sandy at a memorial service/celebration of her life at some point in the future.

From watching the boys and their mom at Beaver Scout meetings, then sharing adventures with the whole family as a Cub Leader at 4th Strathroy, to sharing the Marriage Preparation course with Brian and Sandy, to learning that my husband would be working with Brian at the Conservation Authority, my Strathroy Days included the whole family.
