Peacefully at Marshall Gowland Manor in Sarnia on September 14, 2021; Henry Vanderhoek passed away at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Judy Vanderhoek for 38 years.  Predeceased by his parents Wietze and Sijke (nee Poortinga) Vanderhoek and parents-in-law late George and Emily Short. Brother to late Gerry (Grace) Vanderhoek, late Mike Vanderhoek and late Ray (Hilda) Vanderhoek.  Brother-in-law to late Roy Short and Daryle (Gloria) Short. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held Sunday, September 19^th, 2021 from 2pm-5-pm at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A Celebration of Life will be held the following day Monday, September 20^th, 2021 at 2pm. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada and Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
