To Judy, Jill and your family. Teresa and I were saddened to hear of Linda's passing. We spent many enjoyable hours playing golf with Phil and Linda at the Oaks and even after she stopped playing we always invited her to our social gatherings with our "Sunday Friends" that they were a part of. Everyone loved it when she would bring her homemade rolls! The obituary is so correct in how Linda loved to finish her day of golf with a nice glass of wine and share a meal with friends. We have missed Phil and now we will miss Linda also, but take solace in knowing that they are back together. They are probably teeing it up now! Jim & Teresa McCoomb

Dear Judy, Jill and family. Deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mom. Your Mom and dad were a wonderful couple and great partners in the truest sense of the word. We met Linda and Phil through sailing in the early 80's in Wiarton. Their boat(s) were named Ju-Ji (after Judy and Jill). We sailed, partied and had so many wonderful times and memories.
On a Canada Day weekend many years ago, Linda and Phil participated in a sail past in Wiarton with two other boats (including Ju-Ji, Pogo! and Northern Comfort) tied together as we sailed past the guests of honour. We were forever named the "Triple Bypass" after that.
My heart goes out to your families during this difficult time.. cherish the memories.

To LInda's Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of Linda. I worked at SMGH some of the same time as Linda. Although I never worked directly with her I did share her company during coffee breaks some days. She was a dedicated nurse and always professional when it came to her patients and fun when it came to her friends. She loved her family and always talked about them every chance she got.
She and Phil are together once again and although she would hate to leave you all being with Phil once again would make her extremely happy.
May she Rest In Peace.
Sincerely,
Linda Fox RNA Surgical Floor 1972-1984
