Our sincere condolences to you Tante Marie and the entire family. I remember Om Gus as a kind and intelligent man who liked to be physically active. Their flowers, plants and his lawn were so well cared for and beautiful to see. He shared two tips with me. Water plants with water that has had a chance to warm up in a watering can not water directly from the hose or tap. Tackle weeds in the lawn when they first appear: They are easy to lift out when they are small but this requires very close observation. Om Gus was a great partner for dear Tante Marie and a good example for us to follow. We will miss him.

Nonkel Gust was a kind and loving man. I have fond memories of staying at the Van Loy house when I was young, and of all the wonderful Sundays of spending time with the "Wouters" family.
