Obituary of Gordon Scott

Surrounded with the love of his family by his side, passed away at Strathroy Middlesex Hospital, on Thursday, January 15, 2009 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Edith (Hotson) (2001). Cherish and much loved father of Nancy and Dave Rader, Dashwood, Nathalie and Jim Glavin, Centralia, Kathy and Scott Rowland, Underwood, Pauline and Kevin Barrett, Centralia, and Sandra Scott, McGillivray Twp. Predeceased by twin sons Keith (2000) and Kevin (1999). Left with many wonderful memories are grandchildren Stacey, Derick Rader and Stephanie and Brian Willesme, Aimee and Gary Parsons, Jody Schilbe and Donnie Parson, Jon Glavin, Lynette, Aaron and Josh Heywood, Cody Rowland, Lindsay, Kaylee, Becky and Kerri Barrett, Corey and Megan Scott and five great grandchildren. Brother and Brother in law of Lawrence Scott, Bertha Pickering, Beatrice Phillips, Jim and Joan Scott, Ruth Scott and Irene Scott. Predeceased by sister Olive Horner, brothers Stan and Harold Scott, brothers-in-law, Joe Horner, Jack Phillips and sister-in-law Hazel Scott. Visitation will be held at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Sunday, January 18th from 12 - 5, with complete funeral service being Monday, January 19th at 11 a.m. with Pastor Greg Little and Bob Heywood officiating. Interment in St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery, Brinsley at a later date. Donations to the Ronald MacDonald House or the charity of your choice.
