My husband and I came to Canada in 1979 and bought a house next door but one on Tumbleweed Crescent, and we met the Arthur Family...... we became very close friends, in fact Chris taught me how to garden.... haha.. they proved throughout the years to be a very loving and giving family. Nigel was a typical little boy, very lively, and carefree. My heart goes out to his mum and dad and his sister Nicola, and hope they find peace knowing that Nigel lives on in the people who were given the gift of life through his organs.... Rest In Peace Nigel.... you were taken way too soon, but Our Lord had plans for you above.... Sleep well.

I've know Nigel since I was a 2 year old little brat when we lived next to the Arthur's on Tumbleweed. Nigel and my brother Jamie were best friends. I remember Nigel being at our house all the time and him and my brother would torment me! I was 10 and 11 years younger than them and would try to follow them everywhere I went. I looked up to the both of them so much. I will forever miss Nigel, the only thing that comforts me through the loss of him is that he is reunited with my brother! Love you always Jerk! Love, Brat!

I am truly sorry for this loss. Nigel was a great friend. We had many talks, especially the love we both share for our team (Go Habs go!) I will think of you every time I watch them play. Fly high with the angels, as you're now one of them. Sending strength and love.

I was So saddened to hear of Nigel’s passing. It’s been many years since I’ve seen him, but my memories of the motorcycle rides from London to St.Thomas and those teenage summers at SpringLake Park will live on.
