Condolences to Lorna, Craig, Darryl, Brian. Ed was one of the great adults that shaped my community when I was growing up. A teacher & vice principal, a neighbour, the quintessential hockey dad. He was someone that was present and engaged and helping every place I seemed to end up. Find solace in his memory and all the people he helped shape for the better. He was a good person and he will be missed.

Lorna, Craig, Darryl, Brian and families, I pass along my condolences and send along any strength needed to help manoeuvre through these difficult times. As my first principal Mr. Campbell helped guide me through school while keeping hockey a priority in my life. Without his solid groundings I would not have grown up to be whom I am today

Dear Lorna and family,
I first met Ed when my daughter began attending Caradoc North, where he was the principal. He impressed me with his rapport with the students and how well he knew each one of them. When we moved to Robert St. a few years later, it was always nice to run into Ed (and/or you Lorna) and catch up on what was happening with each other's family. At that time, you were the proud grandparents of two; the family has grown!
As memories of happy times with your husband, dad, and grandfather come to you all, may they help to ease the pain of your loss.
With heartfelt condolences,
Diana

To the Campbell family, my sincere condolences.
Mr. Campbell was one of my favourite teachers. I believe I had him his first year teaching with Ms. Smythe in grade 6 at Southdale Public School. Years later my children had the privilege of having him as principal at Caradoc North.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.❤️

As a principal I found Ed. to be a principled educator. His work ethics was superior . His people skills made him an outstanding member of our school and community.
He ensured that as an educator he would provide the best teaching methods. The families from Caradoc North and the students thought highly of him.
He leaves many memories for his family and all who knew him. His legacy will be prominent for years.
