Dave and family, I was heartbroken to hear of Pat's passing. We have not seen each other since Grade 4 but we were able over the decades to keep in touch via cards, phone calls and more recently, texts. I was so saddened to hear of Patty’s death. I first met Patty in high school many years ago. Patty was always friendly, outgoing, and had that great laugh. Whenever we would run into each other over the years she remained Patty of all those years ago. Always chatted about what was going on in each other’s lives. The good and the not so good. Pat was my moms special friend who helped her in her home every week for years. We became friends over the years and enjoyed cups of tea at my moms home when I came to town. Her smile laughter and kindness is what made Pat so special. She was truly an angel to my mom. Our family is so grateful to have had the privilege to have Pat in our lives.

I first met Pat when her and my sister became friends back in high school and I don’t recall ever seeing her without a smile. It’s a good thing she had that kind of disposition because it takes a special kind of person to look after other people’s children along with your own but from what I’ve heard she was very, very good at it. Pat was a lovely person both inside and out and my sincere sympathy to her family and friends.

Our condolences to you Dave and your family. Pat will be so very missed.
We met in 1983 in Strathroy hospital on the OB ward. Spent may waking hours in the night chatting and getting to know each other. Didn’t matter how many days, weeks, months or even years sometimes of seeing each other the Superstore was always a place we would meet up and spend sometimes an hour catching up.
We talked on the phone just a few short months ago and seeing she has passed so quickly is shocking.
God has taken her home where there is no more pain.

Pat has been a dear friend to our family for many years. In fact, we felt like she was an " earth angel"- always giving words of encouragement, sending prayers and sharing scriptures.
