Obituary of George McPhail

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, September 26, 2008, George McPhail passed in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Marion of Ilderton. Dear son of Jean Giles (late Lloyd) of Toronto. Loving father of Lynn Mersereau (Kevin) of Acton, Lori McPhail of New Brunswick, Lonnie McPhail of Sudbury and Laine Anthony (Steve) of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather of Randi, Hailey, Taylor, Brenden, Derick, Travis, Meredith, Kia and Aron. Dear brother of Jean Foster. George will be missed and loved by all who knew him. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 11 -1 p.m. where the Memorial Service will take place at 1 p.m. with Rev. Steve Boose officiating. In memory of George, donations may be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
