Nick was my rock - big brother, then head of the family. I always admired his strength, perseverance, patience, and dedication. His love for his family and dogs always made me smile. Plus he is leaving a legacy with his beautiful tree farm!
Nick and Ruth were our neighbours for some of their years, Nick had a great sense of humour, he was a kind and gentle man. His family will miss him greatly.
I met Nickolas Danby 50 years ago at the University of Western Ontario. We formed an enduring friendship. We have a common bond in our love of motorcycles. Nick was the leader of the pack. I will always cherish the many walks with the dogs. During his illness he continued to help others. Nick was a kind, intelligent, thoughtful man who remains in our hearts.
