First and foremost I would like to send my condolences to Noel and their children you all are in my thoughts & prayers.
Rick was a fantastic person would take the shirt off his back to help anyone. He helped Noel alot she has come such a long ways since having Rick in her life.
Gone to soon but your no longer suffering.
