Obituary of Sharon Louise Lewis

Peacefully, and surrounded by the love of her family Sharon Lewis passed away at Four Counties Hospital on April 21, 2024 at the age of 78. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years Larry. She was a wonderful mother to Ron, David and Angela (Dean). An incredible grandma to Makayla (Ryan), Frasier (Clodagh), Alyssa (Cam), Madison and Matthew (Olivia). She was predeceased by her parents Raymond Lorne Young (1973) and Luella May Young, nee Cameron (1979), sister Lorna Mae Danyluk, nee Young (2005), brother Cameron William Young (2001), nephew Bradley Stephen Flannigan (1961), nieces Penny Joanne Flannigan (2001), Cathy Lesko, nee Young (2000) and Bonnie Eleanor Chowen (2018).

At Sharon’s request, cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at Poplar Hill Cemetery. 

Our family would like to thank all the nurse and doctors at Four Counties Hospital Emergency Department and Palliative Care Unit for their incredible care and compassion.
