Broere, Elizabeth “Bep”

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday August 26, 2024, Elizabeth “Bep” Broere, a long-time Byron resident, passed away in her 95^th year.

Beloved wife of Marinus “Ries” (2015). Sadly missed by daughter Betty Bock (Ted Peters) of Port Franks, and sons Ron of Strathroy and Paul of Woodstock. Predeceased by son Rick (2005). Cherished oma of Jordan Bock of London and Candace Cook and Derek of Zurich. Sweet great oma of Sasha, Sophie, and Talan.  Dear daughter of Hendrick and Neeltje Bouwmeester and sister of  Maartje, Map, Annie, Ed, Maria, and Nelly;  Will, Aart;  Riek; Gretha, Leny, and Jan. Devoted member of the Jehovah’s Witness congregation.

Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Bep’s wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service.
