Obituary of Andy Ysebaert

With family and friends by his side, Andy Ysebaert passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on August 29, 2024, at the age of 68. Andy was the very devoted husband of Michele, together for 47 incredible years.  He was the proud father of Steven and Chad (Amber). Cherished grandpa of Keaton, Payton, Ella, and the late Phoenix; Madison, Ryder, and Kayden. Survived by his siblings Ellietta (the late Bill) Ayris, Marcella (the late Tony) Vitez, Michelle Seabrook, Maurice (Mae) Ysebaert, and Joe (Audrey) Ysebaert. Predeceased by his parents Elie and Madeline Ysebaert, and his siblings John (Cathy) Ysebaert, Roger (Marion) Ysebaert, Germaine (the late Fred) Tackaberry, Marie Helen Ysebaert, and Raymond (the late Brenda) Ysebaert. Andy will be remembered by his may nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Andy was born on July 24, 1956, in Strathroy. He loved spending his time on the road, taking great pride in his career as a truck driver. Andy was quite the handyman. He enjoyed working on cars, trucks, and doing yard work. Andy loved his family dearly. He was a great provider and always made sure that his family was well taken care of. Andy would help anyone at the drop of a hat. He was one of the kindest people that you would ever meet, but if you did end up on his bad side, look out! Andy was one of kind and will be missed by all those who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Thursday September 5, 2024, from 3:00pm until 7:00pm at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will follow visitation at 7:00pm at the funeral home.
