Obituary of Maria Azevedo

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, February 21, 2008. Maria Lourdes Azevedo of Strathroy in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Antonio De Freitas Azevedo (1985). Dear mother of Goretti and sister of Ilda Carvalho, Maria Zelia Armas, Teresa Ferreira and Angelo Brum. Also survived my many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers; Maria Brum, Antonio Brum, Angelo Brum, Virginio Brum and Jose Brum. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, February 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Saturday, February 23 at 11 AM with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Friday evening at 8 PM. Donations to the Strathroy Hospital Foundation or MS Society would be appreciated.
