Obituary of Edith Buchan

Peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, Edith Cecilia Buchan, in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Maurice La Palme (1987) and Jack Buchan (2003). Loving mother of Janice Blackwell (Eugene) of London. Predeceased by daughter Sandra Parker. Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Evelyn Tedball of Strathroy. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Robert Leghorn and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Kiwanis Seniors Centre, 78 Riverside Dr, London, on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at 10 am with Rev. Charles Seed officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy 245-1023.
