Obituary of Velma Fisher

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday, October 2, 2007. Velma Marie Fisher (Patterson) of RR 2 Strathroy in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late John Earl Fisher (1962). Loving mother of Katherine and Bill Heimpel. Cherished grandmother of Christopher and Valerie. Dear sister of Lorena Small (the late Maurice) and Glenn and Gertie Patterson. Predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Lena Patterson and brother Melvin Patterson (the late Mary and Jean). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, October 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Friday, October 5 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Richard Golden officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the North Ekfrid United Church or Strathroy Hospital Foundation.
