Obituary of June Levitt

The family of June Levitt (nee Ford), beloved wife of the late A.E. (Ted) Levitt (1984) are saddened to announce her passing peacefully on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. June, in her 87 th year is survived by her brother E.H. (Hank) Ford of Mississauga, her sons Tom (Janice McFadden) of Strathroy and Jerry (Ruth Pletsch) of Waterloo, grandchildren Steve Levitt (Kerry) of Arkona, Debbie Rankin (Bill) of Strathroy, Mike Levitt (Nellie) of Strathroy, Jennifer Levitt (Adam) of Strathroy, Jackie Levitt (Jonah) of Toronto and Michael Levitt of Waterloo. She was also blessed with seven great grandchildren Adam, Sam, Joe, Grace, Jon, Tom and Andrew. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Friday, September 7, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. from Bethel Baptist Church, 264 Princess St., Strathroy with Rev. Roger Gast officiating. Interment in the 4 th. Line Cemetery, Strathroy to follow. Donations to Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund or the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital C.T. Scanner Unit would be appreciated.
